How do I return an item?
Nortech Labs Return Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return or exchange that order, a shipping charge of $5.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund. Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to ensure full credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been opened or refused.

Used merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund. Return Authorization Numbers (RMA #) are required on all returns. To obtain a RMA #, please click here to contact us and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.

  • All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Items must be unopened and in new condition.
  • If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please Note: Due to hygienic purposes, some products are non-returnable. These products include, but are not limited to, incontinence products (briefs, protective underwear, underpads, protective pads), back braces & supports (Mor-Loc), wheelchair cushions, electrodes and other products that could cause cross-contamination if resold. If you are unsure if a product you are interested in purchasing is non-returnable, please call us at 1-888-COLD-PAK(265-3725).
  • Clearance Sale products are non-returnable.
