I absolutely love this for when I lay down at night and have a headache. Might actually even get the other sizes that attach to the ice packs. The only issue I have was when we got the order, the box was completely destroyed and it was actually Saran wrapped together... which seemed odd since all other items were in great condition and not damaged. Not very professional to send something destroyed that’s been Saran wrapped back together.

In the past, I used the cold hot compress from my pharmacy. This one seems to last longer. The velcro is very sticky that goes on the wrap, so it stays put when I am doing things around the house.
