I used the foil liner and ice packs to ship frozen food to my college student in Florida.  Shipment took 4 days, and while the food wasn’t frozen when it arrived, it was definitely very cold.  I will definitely use these again!

As I stated in my regional a I do wish there was some way to get rid of all the extra from the folds maybe you guys are working on that not sure. I have not got a lot of feedback so far from my customers however one thing I've learned in years of doing business is that a lot of times if you're not getting negative feedback it's usually a good thing. One thing I have not got since I started using your liners was anyone writing me telling me that they were concerned on the temperature of the food when they received it so WIN there. What I am going to do with my shipments moving forward is put a little card in there to solicit some feedback specifically on the temperature of the food and the packaging of the food, so if you would like any of that information as I get it in please let me know and I can compile and send it over to you. Which reminds me I need to place another order so I'm going to go do that now.
