If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return that order, a shipping charge of the actual UPS or USPS cost will be deducted from your refund. Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to ensure credit. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all products returned for any reason that is not due to an error on part of Nortech Labs.
Used merchandise cannot be returned for credit, exchange or refund. Return Authorization Numbers (RMA #) are required on all returns. To obtain a RMA #, please click here to contact us

- All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- Items must be unopened and in new condition.
- If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return and original shipping (the UPS or USPS cost to ship the order to you) will be the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot provide pre-paid shipping labels for return shipping unless there was an error on our part.
- Please Note: Due to hygienic purposes, some products are non-returnable. These products include, but are not limited to, incontinence products (briefs, protective underwear, underpads, protective pads), back braces & supports (Mor-Loc), wheelchair cushions, electrodes and other products that could cause cross-contamination if resold.
