The product does not meet my needs.  I tested it.   I set it on the kitchen counter after freezing several days.  Within 6 hours it was soft and moisture was on it.  No good for shipping for me.

SELLER RESPONSE:
We are sorry that the product didn't work out for you. Like most liquid or gel that is frozen, when just sitting out, there will eventually be condensation and it will thaw out. When shipping, especially with smaller packs such as the 3 oz, we recommend using it in conjunction with an insulated box liner that would help to prevent heat transfer. -Nortech Labs Inc
