I love these cold pack for a very bad back I don't know what I would do without them. Heat only brings on more pain but these frozen 10" X 15" packs are the perfect size and do the trick for my back.

These are fantastic. I bought them for my upcoming knee replacements. My best friend used them for her knee replacement and I saw how perfect they were.  We always had one in the freezer and one available for her. You cannot do better than these.  Thank you!

The cold pack gets nice and cold and stays cold for over 30 minutes and remains cool to touch for about an hour. It conforms  really well. As the pack looses its cool you can place it with the thinner side of the cover against you to get a longer cooling session. Care taken to not get freez burn.

I received my first ice pack from my insurance post labreal hip repair surgery August 2017. It was a dang GOOD ice pack! Still is!! I thought my son (who’s 6) threw it in my freezer wrong and nicked the packaging, so panicking that my ice pack was leaking gel I needed a new one!  I use it now for my other side and low back for two lumbar hernias, I checked the item #, followed the website, selected my size, order! So easy, So many GREAT option sizes! Here in TWO DAYS, with no crazy outrageous shipping costs!!!  And good news, my original one WASNT popped but now I have two great ice packs. That last ALL NIGHT (yes, from around 10:30 am to 4:30 am) comfort. If my back isn’t on ice, I don’t sleep. Thank you for the GREAT products!!! My pain management doctor said “you should have waited we could have ordered another”, WELL WORTH MY $13!!! I would have paid double!
