Hi.  Order was efficient and fast, thank you.  But, the gel packs are not great quality, they freeze and become solid like a rock.  Hard to wrap around your head during a migraine!

Thank you for your order and review! If your freezer runs very cold, we recommend letting the pack sit out for around 5 minutes to let it thaw out and become softer.
